An innovative e-learning system to enhance corporate training
Building an innovative corporate e-learning platform: this was the task of IKON, which assisted Cigierre in building its Digital Academy. A real training system that involves employees through experiential learning in the practical reality in which they work. The brand values are promoted through the creation of multimedia courses rich in video content, tutorials, infographics and tests to verify the level of learning achieved.
Platform
The e-learning platform, usable from both desktop and mobile devices, is based on Simulware SEP Lite technology and was completely customized for the Cigierre group. The system allows, among other things, to manage access privileges differentiated according to the role and also to monitor the progress of all users.
Multimedia content
The Ikon team oversaw the realization of the contents in all its phases: instructional design, graphic design, programming, video shooting, editing and post-production.
Training and Virtual Reality
The use of virtual reality to instruct kitchen and dining room staff is also being tested.
