Old Wild West is the well-known brand in the catering sector that has more than 200 restaurants in Italy, Switzerland, France and Belgium and Australia. Cigierre Spa, the company that owns the brand (which also controls Wiener Haus, America Graffiti, Pizzikotto and Shi’s) has chosen Ikon as a digital partner to promote its online formats and to create a true ecosystem of digital services. The entire infrastructure is based on the Ikon Author platform, which allows the OWW editorial staff to manage numerous assets including:
- a website localized for 5 countries
- a mobile app for iOS and Android devices
- a synchronization system with a cash management software to automatically update menus, prices and orders
- a platform to place online orders with home delivery and take away
- a loyalty card management system valid throughout the national territory.

Online orders + take away + delivery
The online order management platform offers an immediate and intuitive user experience for both customers and point of sale staff. In addition to the "take away" formula, the "home delivery" mode is also managed thanks to the integration of the FoodPony delivery software.
The ecosystem developed by Ikon interfaces in real time with the cash management software to manage the automatic synchronization of menus, prices and orders on all OWW points of sale.
Old Wild West Card
The OWW fidelity Card is always at hand thanks to the website and the mobile app, which allow all owners to consult their status points at any time, to redeem the coupons acquired and to present the dematerialized card on their own smartphone.
The OWW Card can be used throughout the territory and in all points of sale.
